Whistler has a good local bus system that is cheap and efficient. A free shuttle runs from the village to Marketplace to the Upper Village loop, servicing Blackcomb Mountain base lodge and in the summer extends to Lost Lake Park.
Whistler is a very pedestrian friendly city. The main village is all pedestrian walkways. Cars only have very limited access into this area.
